As one of the world’s most notorious eco-terrorists, Poison Ivy is obsessed with plants and environmentalism – and surviving an assassination attempt from a plant-based poison has made her immune to all natural toxins and diseases. In fact, she herself is toxic – giving her one heckuva deadly kiss!
Poison Ivy has just one human friend: fellow villain Harley Quinn. She has one other obsession: Batman, the only man she has not been able to control, and the caped crusader who put her in Arkham Asylum.
A Poison Ivy costume is YOUR chance to bring the girl with the kiss to die for to life for Halloween or any costume party! Note that the photographs and headlines will take you where you need to go!

FUN FACT: Poison Ivy (real name Pamela Lillian Isley) is a fictional character. This DC Comics supervillainess was created to be primarily an enemy of Batman. The sassy and sexy Poison Ivy character was created by Robert Kanigher and Sheldon Moldoff, and she first brought her itch to Caped Crusader fans with a first appearance in Batman #181 (June 1966). Even though she was “born” decades ago, Poison Ivy is one of the world’s most prominent and first eco-terrorists. She has a fixation with plants, botany, and environmentalism – and her obsession has paid off big time. Poison Ivy uses toxins from plants and her own bloodstream to aid her in her criminal activities, which are usually aimed at protecting the natural environment, and her battle against Batman.
Poison Ivy Adult Costume
(Available in Adult Sizes: X-Small, Small and Medium)
Think Batman – or any other man – stands a chance against this sexy super-villain?
We don’t think so, either!
This sultry ensemble includes a faux suede jade mini-dress with lime green trim, a green organza underlay and ivy embellishments. To finish transforming you into an evil seductress is an ivy headpiece, matching glovelets and an ivy boa.
There’s no doubt about it … you will be the belle of the ball when you walk into the room as this villainous vixen – Poison Ivy spurs envy!
FUN FACT: Poison Ivy was played by Uma Thurman in the 1997 film Batman & Robin, directed by Joel Schumacher and starring George Clooney as Batman, Chris O’Donnell as Robin, Alicia Silverstone as Batgirl and Arnold Schwarzenegger as Mr. Freeze. (It also stars John Glover, one of our favorite underrated actors, as Dr. Jason Woodrue, who tries to kill Dr. Pamela Isley and turns her into Poison Ivy – so a shout out here to Mr. Glover fits in very nicely indeed!)

This foliage femme fatale features a lime-and-leaf-green leotard with green vine sleevelets.
The Poison Ivy outfit is complete from head (the precarious plant lover’s trademark orange hair, not included is a wig cap to hold your own hair if you prefer to use one) to toe (leaf green ivy boot tops).
Now go out there an knock ‘em dead, Poison Ivy! Gotham City needs to “go green” with lots of places to “plant” your victims, all in all, it’s the perfect place to put down roots.
FUN FACT: We’ve referred to it twice … “You’re gonna need an ocean of calamine lotion,” and they are, of course, some of the lyrics from the classic and very catchy (no pun intended) 1959 song “Poison Ivy” by The Coasters (hey, we heard it on OLDIES stations, not back in the day!). Shooting like a bullet to No. 1 on the R&B chart and No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100, the song is about a girl named Ivy and mentions diseases like mumps, measles, chickenpox and whooping cough. Recently, it was revealed that songwriters Jerry Lieber and Mike Stoller were secretly referring to sexually transmitted diseases. Surprise, surprise! That must be why “You can look but better not touch” Poison Ivy!
